I've not received my product even after a month

I ordered a "Kindle Touch Wifi" on Koovs.com more than a month ago and I didn’t receive my product yet. I’ve kept calling them everyday but in vain. In fact, talking to koovs customer care executives have become a daily routine of mine. Calling them daily and asking them when will I get my product, has become my daily task. In the beginning when I called them, they said that the product will reach me in 2-3 DAYS. It has been 2-3 WEEKS, but I didn’t get my product yet. Whenever I call them they say that their back end team is not available and they’ll inquire and give me a call back once the back end team is available. I badly need this product.


So I spent all my holidays watching at my phone waiting for their call. But I did never get a call. When I call back, they say that they called me and I didn’t answer the call. After one month of drama, now, when I call them, they ask me if I wanted to cancel my order. How dare those morons ask me that question? Those idiots have kept me waiting for more than a month and they want me to cancel my order! How disgusting!
