Well, my experience with Koovs is very bad, they took 10 days to ship the product. Reason: not in stock, but that wasnt indicated anywhere on the website or even on the order status. I had to mail them asking for exact status, so a mail came saying its not in stocks, thats it. I dont know what does that mean, and what I didnt understand that how they can take order of a product which is not even in their stock, that too without notifying the customer. Well I mailed them back asking for the time Ill have to wait, well no reply came from them.
Now I had to call them and then the rep simply said sorry sir, its not in stock. she didnt had any answer for that. neither her seniors. well when I told them clearly that if I dont get a satisfactory answer, I am going to Consumer Court. and to my surprise I got a mail telling me that the product has shipped.
now what I understood here is they were blocking the money, and not releasing the product I think this is how they are minting money. hold customers money for a period of time. earn interest on that. and then when customer gets frustrated. get the product from vendor and send it.
well overall, this was my last purchase from Koovs. and I would never suggest anything to buy from them. Also, I forgot to mention their great. useless order tracking. which just says order complete. now what the hell this status means. I think its still a riddle for them as well.
telling their services POOR is even a reward for them.
