Service is worst !!!

I bought some cloths for my sister from this app . This was a birthday gift for my sister . About 10 days befor birthday I ordered this cloths. And also in app thay were showing me that your order will come to you within 5 to 7 working days . But the dilevery of cloths done after 3 days of my sister’s birthday. This is a worst thing I can not forgot. And I know that there is no public holidays between thos days. Thay clearly sent that product after around 12 days. This should not be heppen.


Other things may be good about that application but I am disapointed by this app.


And ther is no costomer care phone number and we must have to email tham.and wait for their answer.


After that I deleted this app from my phone and I never want to buy from this app.
