I place an order to koovs for camera on 17th December 2011. I got mail stating that my order is likely to get delayed. That was the best part of koovs - that they communicated.
My order was shipped on 5th January 2012, almost 20 days to ship. It is ridiculous that Indian online shopping sites takes so long to dispatch order. I have experienced delay with koovs, timtara and tradus.
I will not suggest any of these websites unless buyer is willing to wait longer. None of the site has agreeable customer care services as well.
