Disappointing shopping experience

I am a regular shopper online and this was my first purchase from koovs. I was a bit apprehensive before purchasing since there was no cash back return policy and rather refund would be in the form of a promo code but anyways I decided let me shop at koovs and see. So I like this skirt and few other things and placed my order. I  was very eager to receive the same.


Unlike other sites where I would have an approximate idea as to when I would receive my order, I had no clue about the same in koovs. So I would check the tracker and then what I find is that my products are returned to the shipper and next after two days checking my account I get to know my order is just cancelled. Wow so no attempt of  reshipping, all you do is cancel my order.


If a consumer does the same cancelling and asks for cash refund they are refused the same and given promo codes and forced to purchase from the same site. However you are entitled to do whatever you want and jus disappoint someone. Thankfully my order was cancelled or I dont know if the experience would get even worse post receipt of my order.luckily for me it was a cash on delivery or else I would loose my money to some stupid promo code forcing me to purchase from koovs itself.completely disappointed
