Ordered anmipad case 10 days back, received a msg from courier company that they tried to deliver it twice in two days but the house was locked whereas someone is always there at my house, now after 3 days they have returned it back saying address insufficient whereas other couriers regularly deliver at my address, tried contacting koovs a couple of times through mail and phone.
Calling on that std bangalore no, they have agents who do not understand basic English and 4 times out of 5 I had to get the supervisor on line who promised me action but no one has reverted back from them, pathetic service, if this was flipkart I would have been using my case at home for a week now.
