I would like to mention my experience with KOOVS.
Pros:
I found out koovs is offering the lowest price of many electronic gadgets when compared with other sites like flipkart, letsbuy, timtara, etc.,
they even offer a cash back which will be very useful for the next purchase.
cash on delivery facility is there
coupons are very handy while purchasing .
Eg: transcend micro SD card class 4 is offered for Rs.250.00
(compare with other sites. this is the lowest price offered).I got koovs coupons from mobile recharging mobile by paytm, funbuck online sites. Rs.50.00 off on purchase off 150 and above.
so I can get the same microSD card for Rs. 200 when coupon applied. with FREE Shipping .
NOTE: Cash back will not be given if any coupon was applied while shopping
Cons
delivery for shipping is slow.Typically takes a week .some times even more.
KOOVS must improve their customer service .They do not respond immediately.But they will do certainly.
Conclusion:
If you do not have a immediate requirement for a gadget and want to purchase it for the lowest price go for none other than KOOVS
Some reviews says that koovs delivered faulty products. But I never had the problem till now.
I feel sorry for their experience but overall I suggest people to purchase through koovs.
