Rude behaviour from information desk staff

It happened on August 5th 2011 at night 9 pm. The car we had parked at P3 did not start. There was no staff available. We asked the security for help and no solution was offered. They did not know anything. When asked for help at information desk, the guy was so rude that he said it is none of his business and we should look out for help from our friend or relatives if staying nearby. He said please call your own people for help. When I asked him that since it is late night if we leave the vehicle in the parking lot and bring our mechanic in the morning hours the next day, his reply was that they do not allow the vehicle to be parked whole night and they will not allow us to go home till we remove the car.


This unhelpful behaviour was absolutely surprising at late night. They did not even offer help to push the vehicle out or to arrange a tow vehicle or even arrange a mechanic for that matter? I wonder if someone needs medical emergency there would not a single help available at mall. Very disgusting and frustratiing.
