I have bought a Koryo AO13KSI12R3S 1 Ton 3 star split AC in Sept ’13. The manufacturing year of AC is Feb ’13. I have bought during AC dhamaka offer from Big Bazaar. Also I have paid an extra amount of 1199/- at Big Bazaar for installation. They delivered the AC within an hour and also gave me talk-time of Rs 1500 on my T24 mob no. After I received the product, the executives from Koryo called me the very next morning for installation but since I wanted to go out of station, I denied installation. Since then the Koryo personnel followed up with me daily for installation, I was impressed by the service and follow up.
Since I wanted to be present during installation I called them on Sunday i.e. 5 days after I bought the product. The executives showed up on Sunday morning again, I was impressed. They have installed my AC took a lot of pain for outdoor unit installation but all was done within 2-3 hours. I was impressed by their tools like spirit level to make sure that the AC is aligned in a perfect horizontal position. Even they dint charge me any extra penny except for the extra 1 meter drainage pipe that was not a part of standard fitting.
After the installation was complete, I switched ON the AC and I was impressed by the cooling capacity, Noise Level and various function that have got at such a rock-bottom price. I have used the AC without stabilizer for about 10-15 days and was impressed that the compressor started up even during low voltage but for safety concern I have installed a 1KVA stabilizer. It has been around 2 months and the AC is working perfectly.
Pros: Good Cooling, nice de-humidification, unit temperature control, many modes, sleep and turbo function.
Cons: The remote seems to be old model could have been smarter, remote comes without wall hanging accessories.
