I, regretfully, inform you that I am totally disgusted with the service!!! On 24th December, 2011 I brought a Koryo 32’ Lcd TV(KLD320SP01) from Big Bazaar at the Salt Lake City, Kolkata. Firstly, it just started blinking wildly from 26th July, 2012. So far for the tall promises made by the Brand ECare. Secondly, when I called to lodge my complaint, the servicing agent of the reputed company behaved in the most uncivilized manner. He does not even know how to talk to a lady.
Not only he misbehaved, he called me back on my cell phone using abusive language. He harassed me for calling on his mobile phone, though the number is enlisted in the service centre list provided on User’s Manual under the code Kolkata 02 (Favorite Electronics Service Private Limited, P-84A, CIT Road, Scheme IVM, Beliaghata, Kolkata-7000010, Ph:03365485689, Mob: 9831213043).
And this is not the first time, that this guy registered on the company’s list is harassing me. Before also while my television set was being installed, he misbehaved obnoxiously with my dad and my sister.
