On the 6th October, 2007, I purchased a Koryo Microwave basic model from Big Bazaar Koramangala outlet in Bangalore. I did not get a user manual to begin with. I was told they will send a guy to give the demo within two days. I did not get to see the guy till 12th. I then contacted their Koryo service center who sent a guy on 17th. From him, I came to know the product is faulty, for which, I need to wait for 10 days to get it repaired (the spare parts, supposedly, need to come from Mumbai).
Finally, the understanding manager at the shop floor gets a committment from the service center guys to get this serviced within 5 days ( the spare parts, dont they need to come from Mumbai?) - 23rd of October - Ultimately, I got the equipment replaced yesterday, the 22nd of October - a solid testament to prove that Mouthshut works!!! Let Big Bazaar try to retain its reputation of customer friendliness, which it garnered long back!
