I purchased Koryo Microwave Basic Model No - KMS 1711 from Big Bazaar - Thane on dated 04.10.2008 & was assured that after sale service will be provided all over India on presentation of warranty card.
My Microvave stopped functioning 10 days back & since then , I called All India Service Network - Ecare no, Mumbai no, Surat No, repeatedly - But Till date nobody attended the fault & on inquiring they are telling that we cant provide the services out of city, which is contradictory to the Big Bazaar commitment.
I need immediate service / attending the call at my home address for the product which I purchased purely upon the trust of future group - Big Bazaar. Can Mouthshut Team help on the matter ?? During installation also, nobody attaended the call & on enquiring the sales rep. told that it is easy to install & there will not be any problem. If Bib Bazaar is offering any product on competitiive price then it should also ebsured the quality of the product. Regards, Naveen Chakravarti
