I brought a koryo iron KWS 23 steam press 1200W prise is to high 1099/- buy from big bazaar the give me one year waranti but after by 1 month iron stoped not working.
Than I went big bazaar they are not replae they told me you contect koryo call center
I have called on 1800 425 7722 no. But there is no responce .
That iron is non stick but that catching clothes I have burned 2 shirts and one trowser I am not happy with that and there is steam function is not working and swich is direct and heating is going high and catching clothes so koryo iron is very bad and wire is also not good my expriwnce is not good with koryo iron and please do not buy koryo peoduct by big bazaar there is no replace ment system.
