I have dined at Koshy’s occassionally since the last 5 years. Today was the worst of all experiences. The service has always been pathetically slow. The facilities at the restaurant have never been great(they havent even thought of an a/c?) But now the food also sucks! My last 2 breakfasts were a disaster thanks to the Mutton Stew tasting like Flour-porridge with salt. Today’s quantity of mutton pieces in the stew were a joke. The always-boneless stew today had a huge chunk of just Bone, floating in the bed of flour-porridge with 2 really tiny boneless pieces. I mean, what the hell are we paying for?
Also, Perhaps in an attempt to maintain the heritage appearance, the Management has totally overlooked providing its customers with a basic good, clean and well maintained toilet.
It is high time Mr Koshy spends more time in developing and improving the property, facilities and food before people open their eyes and avoid visiting again.
