Purchased tata tigor.. Good dealing behavior of sales person Mr Prabhjot Saini and showroom manager/sales head Pooja. But their behavior totally changed after making all the payment to agency, sales person as well as showroom sales head Pooja started making staright forward excuses. They took approximately more than 5 months to complete all the documentation like R.C, Number plate etc. We registered complaint as well withtata Pune head office no proper response from Pune office as well and still they are making excuses today tomorrow, day after tomorrow we will complete documentation.
Not at all satisfied with service, after sale pathetic service. Not at all recommended for purchasing if you still want to buy tell them (agency) to complete all requirements before giving them single penny from your hard earned money.
