You cant reach them, clueless call centre . I paid 60 k and now dunno to do! just a 3 week old customer and post one session, I am feeling like a fool now. Please dont pay up, ask for sessions payments . Horrible bunch of people in call centre and courtesy has not been taught to anyone there . sad but true! Dr. Chytra met me once and I paid 1200 for her consultation but she even refused ro look at my report, I called the CC innumerable times later Dr. Madhulika met with no background whatsoever as she hadn’t met me earlier . Today I called for session 2 and the call centre executive says Dr wont be there for laser(thats not what I was told by Dr. Chytra), and that a senior therapist will do . I gave up and said who senior therapist and they now say laser machine not available . I want refund, if any of you managed to get that, please advise!
