Hi I am Srikanth and I am going to share my opinion my kotak 811 app. I have applied to this due its most highlighted in ads and e-mails. To create an account we need Addhar card and pan card for zero account instantly using mobile. This app performance is very poor and slow. I have completed my full KYC process but still my virtual debit card is processing. It is showing as its taking 2 working days. When I am opening this app after 2 days its still showing same. I have mailed to bank email address but still no response.
