Last month I got a call from the marketing department of Kotak Mahindra Bank and I just received the call, they just said me to use their new paperless bank Kotak 811 and they also said that it will be very very helpful for me in the future and I installed the app and I submitted all my documents and at last it opened. They promised that it takes just 15 minutes but in my case it was taken about 1 hour. They should improve their app’s design and menu section because their app looks like a 60s app and the app takes a huge time to loading and sometimes it stuck in a same screen. Their customer service is very poor because first of all their customer service’s contact number is not toll free and I cannot talk with them because my calls ended in middle or they gave me the time limitations that I can only call in 9am to 6pm. It is very bad. I think normal Kotak Mahindra bank is better that the paperless bank. After all that I uninstall the app I don’t used it any more and I don’t use it in future.
