Friends today I share my experiences with kotak 811 online 0 balance account opening.
Last few weeks all most every day I an getting a mail from kotak bank that I can open a 0 balance account in just 5min without visiting bank .
So I try to open it and really its working you can open it in just 5 min .But after opening you can face the real picture.
One bank employee will call you and tell the truth that this account only 20000/- deposit and withdrawal facility available.
And you can’t do any extra like FD or fixed .
So if you can want to full transition authority than they are taking lots of time and formalities.
I have already submitted all documents and Aadhaar details but after 13days gone my account still not updated.
Guys kotak Bank are given good offer they are giving 6% interest on saving account but I think they are taking so long time .
Their mobile apps interface are also not good its very slow and difficult.
So if asking for number than I give 2 out of 5 .hope bank will rectify that are and improve their services in feature because in todays time onle interest are not required customers also demand faster processing also.
