Mobile banking app and Kotak website both are not working for last 48 hours, I didn’t get any mail or sms regarding this, customer care executives are not answering to my questions, I deeply doubt that some big scam is going with kotak bank, my advice to all of you read this comment please stay away from this bank at any cost.
