I have opened trading account with kotak three months ago. Since the first day itself the Kotak Colt app is not working properly in Apple iPhone. App is frequently crashing atleat five times in an hour. They are charging 0.05% brokerage while other companies giving 0.01% . It will take atleast 48 hours for payout to credit in your bank account. Most of the time payout will not be successful due to silly reasons. If you want to raise a complaint in customer care you have to wait atleat 20 minutes to talk with executive. Anyone who wants to trade peacefully should avoid kotak at all cost.
