I think u guys have been misguided. Maximum people saying dis that it is bad.
But as I myself a customer of kotak life insurance, I AM SATISFIED with their customer care.i dnt knw why it varies.
I think agents r the main fraud.company cant be fraud, den IRDA wouldn’t approve them..many of the agent cheats people for their target benefit..so people should claim their insurance direct from the office.
I have done it.and I have no complains just one thing dat their wok is much slower..apart from that I am not misguided
