I brought "Kotak Savings Assurance Plan" after Kotak Sales Person sold it to me in our Corporate Office as Tax Saving tool in Dec’2015.
But after 3 years, their Service really took a turn for Worse.
They had activated ECS without my knowledge and it took 2 months and multiple visits to their Pathetic Office for me to get it deactivated.
Now they have started collecting more money as Premium starting this year 2020. When I called Customer Care, they are telling that my Premium has been 60K per Year from the beginning, whereas I used to pay only 46K since 2015 till 2019.
Kotak Insurance is a Fraud Organization. Don’t do Business with them, ever.
