I invested in dynamic fund Kotak Smart Advantage(UIN-107L043V01) and currently I dont have even the sum of deposit fund, I am in loss even after 4 years.
My Date of Commencement was 17 Aug 2009.Even If we don’t consider the interest my deposit value has to be Rs. 1, 56, 000 till date . But these so called experts have made my money come to Rs. 1, 19, 224.02
Even if they would have kept in savings bank , at least I would have got my actual amount.
When I called customer center, they said that you can switch the fund to another policy and total same number of units will be transferred as currently you have.
However, after transferring the fund my number of units were reduced as per new NAV cost. So they differ in their statement too.I was deeply disappointed by the way they do business .
Even if any new comer invest in direct market, I am sure that he can grow the money better than these handlers.
