Worst Customer service

This is Vimal Thaker from Gandhinagar Gujarat - A Harrased customer of Kotak Insurance - the complany which ensures pain in customer’s life instead of insure.


Have procured a policy from Kotak last year and making regular payment to them before any reminders. Every Six months I am being harrased by saying I have not made the payment and policy will be lapsed.


While calling helpline numbers executive them selves failed to understand customer and divert them to visit branch office personally with required documents.


Even after visiting Branch office they do not care to acknowledge back that the payment dispute has been settled. Again after six months same story repeats.
