Kotak life insurance company us good but not up to mark as it say it is a big company but it is little weak in some areas.
Kotak had a great and very good customer services. You dont have to worry about its customer services. They give priority to their customers and do its works well and honestly.

The kotak has a various and variety of the premiums which customer has to pay honestly to gain profit their premiums rates and its range is also good.
I am very disappointed with the plans of kotak whereas other insurance company has better plan in compare to kotak . I think they have this types of plan that their selling of plans is very less.
Staff of kotak is also not so good . The staff shows rude behaviour and they always make customer to visit their branch for solution of any query.
