Strongly not recommending to go for Kotak Bank for housing loan.
Frustrating process in 2020, like govt banks in earlier 1990s.
The people who sits in desk are least bother about customer concern.
They are not trying to help the customer, just telling the process like olden days.
There is only one Home Loan section for entire Hyderabad in Somajiguda. I traveled all the way 30km for my concern, they just told me to call the customer care, which already I did hundred of times. More over the customer care number is not toll free number like other banks, we can’t call from the prePaid mobile number.
