Hi All - I have given the docs for opening savings account 15 days ago, still now the account is not opened and the executives are not responding properly. My account is already debited with 13K and the executive who has collected the docs is also not responding properly. I spoke to Customer care and Written mail to Nodal officer and there is no reply on that. I have copied VijayAnasultan ASM [vijayan.ap@kotak.com]of Kotak on all e-mails and he also did not respond. Later I have called him regarding this @9620777625 and he giggles at me.
None of the Kotak executives are taking up this issue. I have never seen such a irresponsible reply from any bank. from this I can make out how the service will be after the account is opened. I have raised many complaints on this regard to Nodal team as well.
But there is no response from Nodal team, Vijayan or from Ashok. All these people are irresponsible and careless, this is fraud bank never open an account or get Cred824it card from this bank. These people are there to suck your hard earned money only to provide any service. These a fraud bank, beaware of it and stay away from these cheaters. Not even the mAnasultangement respond to u, as they want to support their staff who cheat people and suck money. I have never seen such a reckless bank and the MAnasultangement guys.
RBI should take some strict actions against them, so that other will not be cheated further
