Sent mail on Jul 4 to service.bank, nodalofficer ( Never received any acknowledgement after calling them they say they will send acknowledgement in 24 hours. which I received 30 hours+ ( Note: its just acknowledgement )

I have opened Kotak Pro Saving account with you. And my relationship manager was sunny nagdevi from Borivali- W Branch.
1st: He collected my documents and took him 15 days to open an account and activate it.
- Please ask him how can I use internet banking he is clueless he is not aware I have to create netcard ( which you Call center guy explained) still my problem is not resolved I tried to buy online and choose internet banking option was directed to kotak bank and where I get the following error.
"We are sorry we are unable to process your request as you do not appear to have any accounts registered for this service. Please call up our 24 Hrs Customer Contact Centre at our toll free - 1800 102 6022.
Error Code KPY008"
I call up customer care again my DOB he says its wrong here I have no clue how that happened. He tell me you need to select Credit card option and not netbanking or debit card option to make the payment strange I did as he said still it does not work. I am asking my relationship manager from past 10 days to sort out this for me still he has not done that please check the call history now he does not pick up the phone too..
Next they activate my net services. Then I asked where is my gold card for which its normally takes 4 days as informed by there executive its been 25 days nothing happened I called up the manager ( Mr. Chirag) he says he will look into the matter I call him after 3 days and asked me what happened he has no answer.. I asked him to close my account and send the guy with closing form his reply " Thik Hai)
Never Open a account with this bank . Worst in customer service and are clueless of their own products.
