I opened a jifi account with kotak 1.5 years ago. During 1st year it services were good but after that it became a night mare. The babk started deducting money as desposit charge and withdrawal charges about Rs 150 . After our honourable prime minister Narendra modi announced demonitisation I received offical mail from kotak mahindra bank that there will be no deposit or withdrawal charges so I deposited almost 28k but after a week it again started it wrong tactics to earn money it alomst dedcted 1.5k from my account in name of deposit charges and withdrawal charges. First of all it did not give any interest on money kept on top of that asking deposit charges that really what most of the private sector banks do when they are short of cash. Eating middle class money. Plss be aware of kotak mahindra bank. I am not stating my account no because I dont want to reveal my identity. After the incident I closed my account with bank. Before opening account in any bank plss be ware of all their terms and condition.
