Stupid Bank useless

Top to Bottom all employees in the bank are stupid and useless. No sense of service wasted 3 months in opening an current account even after all papers are clear. They made it an issue that i dont have a name board at the workplace. I have no intent of using a nameboard what does the bank have to do with that board. Idiotic way for people to work. 90 days to open an account and atlast they turn me down for a stupid board. They say we will call in morning and never call back i have to always call in evening happened 10 times.... The executive hangs up on phone because he has no answer on progress of account which can be opened in 3 days. When i visit they say it will take some more time to open. Pathetic serviced bank ever. Waste of time and money. Minimum balance account they said is 50000 and i agreed still and i get this type of gross service for 90 days and in end no account opened. Please close or start acknowledging the customers who walk in on your bank. Start giving what customer wants and not what you and your bank want. Stupid bank kotak mahindra
