I do not have any account with this bank, but for the last 3 months I have been receiving account details of someone else in my email every week. I have contacted the bank multiple times and subsequently they have opened multiple service requests, but the issue still remains as it is. I am still receiving the weekly account balances as well as promotional emails, even feedback request for closed service requests - all addressing someone else but coming to my emails address.
