Hi I am Jaikanth and I am going to share my personal experience over using 811 account. I have applied this bank using mobile. To create a zero account we need addhar card and pan card to apply for zero accound. I like over interface but I didnt like app performance, the app performance is very slow. I provide the VPA address to transfer money to any other bank via using UPI’s. I provides the Virtual Debit Card but I didnt receive and showing as process for 2 working it has last 14 days but it again showing as processing VDC for 2 working days. I mailed to bank email address but no responce from that. I wasted around 50 rs for service charge but it didnt provide virtual debit card.
