I was one of the unfortunate ones to avail a housing loan from this worst bank. Starting with the loan cheque being delayed was the first of the miseries in dealing with this unprofessional bank. The icing is even today - 8 may 2011 when I write this update, they haven’t implemented the RBI directive to abolish prepayment penalty announced in the credit policy announced on 17 apr.
Never never bank with these guys. The worst bank I have encountered.
