Account Opening Process Is Too Slow, I believe public sector banks does it more quickly. How ever services quality is maintained. To me it looks like they need to increase their retail presence across cities. Internet banking needs to be improved a lot interms of user experience. The systems in place for Securities is poorly designed. They have too many hidden charges which the executives will not tell you in advance. They cant even afford to give you a debit which is considered a basic means of transaction these days, they charge you for everything like SMS(Rs 60+ Service Tax), you walk in to a branch you are charged, if you are not happy with the account and want to close it you need to Rs 700+ Service Tax. To close account you need to surrender your check book which I did not recieve so they asked me to issue stop payment for which again they charge you. Everything is dependent on charges charges and that too these charges are almost double compared to any other bank. Customer care is pathetic if you call them during odd hours I was kept on hold for 70 mins and then finally call got disconnected. Overall I would not recomend to others especially the 3 in 1 account.
