Kotak mahindra bank is one of the best bank in india.
I have been Kotak for more than 2 years and till I never had any complaints. There service is spot on and far better than many other banks. I recently sent MONEY via there Mail Money service which was very quick and easy( no need to add beneficiary). The customer service is excellent and there is no waiting over the call to reach an executive. In bank they also provides tea and coffee. Kotak also provide home loan FD and CC a/c and saving a/c and current a/c
The only thing which I dint like about Kotak is the credit limit which they provided on my Kotak credit card. I have two more cards from hdfc and sbi and they have offered thrice the credit limit offered by Kotak. The kotak app is very handy and you can even do recharges on that in a few seconds( no need to enter tge bank details again) .
Overall I really satisfied from the kotak and its services and its employees, and I wil recommend to all my friends and to all people to join this family.
