The Kotak Mahindra Bank is not a good bank.It provide worst service to customers.I already harased from this bank because I was the customer of this bank.Phone banking and internet banking also available, ATM but serivice charges is more than other bank charges 200rupees ATM charges per year.Sometimes in the internet banking will be slow due to its slow down of bank server.Other facilities are average but customer must be use atleast manage their account per month at rupees of 10, 000 account opening money is 10000 require.
