Today I want to share my bad experience of kotak Mahindra Bank which will also help to take your decision about this bank.
I am a new customer for this bank I select this bank as there are some major benefits of this bank which are:
They provide a higher rate on the saving account, there minimum rate of interest on saving account is 6% which is higher as compare to other banks who provide 4% .
The behaviour of all the members of the staff os good, they provide there services according to the type of the customers.
One more importance to be a customer of this bank is they provide a international reach to so any international transactions.
But along with important benefits there are ceratin disadvantage of this bank:
There mobile banking services are not good, you cannot use there this service like other banks provide.
There ATMS are not available at every place it is available at only major cities of the country.
There charges for extra consultation is very high.
Overall this bank is good or you can say it is an average performer.
