Kotak Bank -Slow Customer Service

We are using Kotak account since 3 years now.


we have shifted our office , so Kotak bank santacruz west branch is unable to change our address because we dont have specified documents.


We have opened Current account in other banks with the same documents which kotak is not accepting.


Now they have done manager visit and process is still going on.


If some one wants to withdraw Cash through branch , the withdrawl Instrument passes to Relationship manager for approval ( which takes lot of time) .


Approx it takes 15 minutes to get cash in hand after the cheque is submitted.


And cashier handles lockers as well , so if some one comes for lockers then she attends him first , even though there are many people standing in que.
