Pathetic Service

I have had the most pathetic experience of my life with you people. You dont reply to emails, doesn’t respond to tweets..your customer care executives dont have any information. I dont get any alert messages nor any emails for transactions. Your Netbanking is not updated. Your DSAs do mis-selling while selling me PL. Shutdown all the financial businesses before people start dumping you. See the uploaded photo..it says bear with us for site maintenance with August dates and today is 21st Nov. Pathetic
