Pathetic service

It takes a week and I’m still waiting to hear why a small amount of money has not come to my account. I have provided all the necessary documents and I still have no answer from the Kasturinagar branch. I’d suggest people to look for another bank who’s customer service is better. Really disappointed with kotak.
