Worst Bank And Service Irresponsible Staff

I recently opened an account at Kotak 811 Zero Account, and a few days later they frozen my account for not taking the welcome kit sent by them in the mail without giving any information. but I didn’t get any welcome kits from those worst teams. Now that all of my money is in their possession, I am unable to conduct any transactions. If they sent a welcome kit, how can I know without getting any call or information? So I called customer care number of Kotak Bank, and they told me to visit your nearest branch, so I went there, but there was very rude staff and no one was ready to respond, even though they didn’t know their rules either. I’ve had to wait for hours on hold, only to be met with unhelpful and often rude representatives. They will easily freeze accounts with unknown bullshit reasons. be aware of this worst bank
