Worst internet banking ever

I have a savings account in Kotak bank. Recently I wanted to use internet banking of Kotak to pay for an online service. After selecting the bank option, I was taken to bank website where I entered ID and password. After that, I selected option for sending dynamic access code which is an OTP.


I recvd the password after 7 hours. Can you believe that? Really I recvd pwd after 7 hours. Then how can I do online transaction with this account. Every time this happens. There is no response if I take this issue to customer service. Totally useless bank.
