I have applied for savings account online.(My first mistake with this bank). I was unable to fill the form due to time constraint so the customer care girl called and added. As I was not aware of the pan card number at that time, she just saved the form and gave me the Acknowledgement number.In order to open it the next time, we have to give our DOB and Mothers maiden name.I told her Ramalingam and you can user R alone for the last name.
When I found my card number, I kept on trying with that name and I was not able to open the half filled form. Later, I filled another form with another email id.
She again called me and asked if I have completed it. That time I told her I have created a new one since I was not able to open the existing one.
She tells me that time that her manager told that she should not use R alone and hence used the full name Ramalingam.
I got irritated. If she changes something in my form, isnt that her responsibility to tell me. Is she so dumb:(
And next started.I opened an account, transferred amount 2 months back:( But still I din get my debit card in hand.:(:(
They say that there are some issues in Mumbai so people applied before you also havent received the same.
They are so cool.Never care for customers.
Anyways, it is our mistake that we go and fall in such banks.If people want to open account in Kotak, better dont choose the online mode:(:(
Youll have to suffer.
