Hopeless customer service supports on loans

I was given a pre approved loan on the app and the time frame was not mentioned


When I called the customer to tell them the offer was missing, 12 people gave me 12 different reasons and never helped me till the end. Hopeless behaviour, false promises and misleading worlds by all of them


The services are poor too including the way the app works. I would never recommend this bank
