I had an account in Kotak Mahindra Bank when I was 18, I pretty much liked this bank, I still do as the banking system was good.
But when I got my smart phone I wanted it to be a internet banking and so I applied for it, and for it to happen the people almost took around 1 month. Phone banking is not at all reliable in this bank. It does not even respond sometimes, when you open their app. Very slow app.
One most common problem with this bank is their ATM which is very less in number in any area. Have to go to other bank ATMs to take out money.
Internet banking is easy. Well keeping apart the issue of ATM, the costomer service is not that bad.
