Very low forex rates.
Third class service.
Very poor email support(WAIT TIME IS MINIMUM 7 days)
Poor call support(Even their customer number is chargeable).
No proper support when you visit branch.
Anyway if you want to welcome headache open account in kotak bank.
I have a current account in Aditya Mega City, Vaibhav Khand, Indirapuram. I do not know about other branches but this branch is of no use.
