This bank froze my account when I was travelling and I was not able to withdraw my money. During Jan 2022 they took 3400 stating accidental insurance without any prior info. Till date they havent returned it. Feb month the loan amount credited, it was only one day late to pay my due they hired a collection agent who verbally abused me and blackmailed me to deactivate my acc. Even after my due they still hold my account. I did not pay rent. This bank literally made my life worst. Cheap customer service. They ate all my money. Seriously you guys are going to face a hard situation. Dont loot our hard earned money. Your life will not ne good. Manikandan 880714xxxx who verbally abused me. Even after I kept quite and asked for that accidental insurance which they took without informing me but he was not ready to talk about that. I paid all my money and still they frozen my account. I have nothing for my expenses. No food in home. My life is an hell. Only because kotak mahindra bank. I need my money back. RBI should take necessary action on this. Please share this review as much as possible, kotak is such a bad bank. They dont have proper customer service. Not even connecting to customer care agent via call. The call is by default disconnecting. FRAUDSTERS. THEY DONT EVEN WORST A ONE STAR
