My experience with Kotak Mahindra Bank is excellent. Daily basis I use their mobile banking app which is very user friendly as well as safe. Don’t need to visit bank, almost everything is available on mobile and internet banking. Login is very safe and secure on both. Phone banking and customer service is quick and very professional. They have a good knowledge of their product and services. Only the drawback is ATM availability, like other private banks you wouldn’t find Kotak ATMs everywhere however its quite better for last couple of months.
