Worst Banking services

In this age of digitization, there is no communication between the branches. I submitted my bank closure details sometime beginning of this year and they now expect me to go from Andheri to Chembur to close my account. Before this, they delivered my debit card to I dont know whom and said that the card is delivered, on top of it, charged me for it. They did not issue the card there after.


Service is terrible. Communication between the branches is terrible. Its way to expensive, and not worth paying for
